We are a family with skills in construction and talent in design. We founded Casa Los Andes LLC in 2021 focused on short-term rentals through Airbnb. Currently, we are experimenting with offering regular leased rentals, in the premium/luxury market, offering the same amenities that our Airbnb guests (greatly) enjoyed. If they loved it on Airbnb, you will surely love these amenities in your apartment! Not only do our preparations mean less work to you to move in, but the furnishings fit in each apartment perfectly, and are at the quality of a premium hotel.

We are a small business, but size doesn’t matter. We take great pride in the quality that we provide to every apartment we complete. Often, when we are finished remodeling, we have one regret — not being able to live there ourselves!

Elsa, our design guide, has always had a keen eye for design and even worked briefly in real estate in earlier years. Elsa originally comes from Peru, and her love for the beauty of nature inspired the name of our business. Casa Los Andes LLC is named after the beautiful Andes mountains, a famous landmark of South America where using hard work and ingenuity, an entire city was built out of rock at a great altitude, that still stuns visitors with its majesty.

It is this spirit of defiance and diligence in work that sets Casa Los Andes LLC apart from other rental companies. We refuse to fit the stereotype of the cheap landlord — and our commitment is proven in every detail we incorporate into our apartments.
